About the Artist

Sabin Howard is an extraordinary new presence in the world of 21st Century art. His merger of classicism with the Google age, is a phenomenon.  When I first saw his work I thought it was a newly discovered sculpture from a Greek excavation site. It was on second look that I glimpsed the edge of the avant garde, the modernism. When Sabin told me that he finds his models on Craig’s List, I was not surprised, as this is a perfect illustration of the marriage of the cyber age to the archetypal.

- ASRL President and Founder Valerie Sobel.

Sabin Howard is an internationally renowned artist lauded by the New York Times as “a sculptor of immense talent… who has created some of the last decade’s most substantial Realist sculptures.” His work is on display at the Time Warner Building in New York, and in private collections internationally To view Howard’s sculpture and read leading news and art and design publications, click here.
