Meet David

David is a seven year old boy diagnosed with a serious kidney disease.   He lives with his single mom and three siblings.  His family is being forced to move apartments because they can no longer afford rent, but do not have the money for the deposit or first month’s rent of a new apartment either. David has recently been cleared for a kidney transplant, but in order to receive it he needs to have stable housing.  Assistance was provided to place David and his family in a secure home to ensure transplant surgery when a kidney becomes available.
